Fantastic 14k Yellow Gold and Shell Theater Face Cameo Cufflinks

Presented is a pair of 14k yellow gold shell cameo cufflinks portraying
'comedy' and 'tragedy'. The two carvings are slightly different, each
portraying classical looking bearded and smiling men. On either side of the
face are two other faces in profile. Each eye of the front looking face also
functions as an eye for the two profiles, the noses are readily apparent as
well as the lips. The smiling man center represents comedy and the two frowning
faces in profile represent tragedy. Nice twisted rope style gold surrounds the
cameos. The springs on back are in good shape and fully functional.
The cuff links are marked 14kt. We have tested them with nitric acid and
guarantee them to be 14K gold.
The cuff links are in excellent condition. There is one minor chip at the 2
o'clock position on one of the cufflinks. It is only noticeable upon close
inspection. The back springs work well. There are no chips, no splits, no
breaks, and no repairs.
The cuff links are approximately 1 by 3/4 inches.
The cuff links are 15.6 grams as a pair.
