Presented is a fabulous vintage 14 karat gold bracelet. This piece dates to around the 1940s-1950s, and was likely made in America. The bracelet is quite heavy and well made, with sturdy double links, intended for use as a charm bracelet. Considering the quality and craftsmanship of the bracelet, it can easily support a good number of charms or pendants, even large ones. The bracelet has a tongue insert clasp as well as a safety latch on one side and a safety chain, with springring, so it is very secure.
This piece is in great condition. The clasp and the safety function well and close securely. There are no breaks and no repairs.
The tongue of the clasp is stamped 14k.
The bracelet is about 7 inches long, not including the tongue of the clasp, which does not contribute to the overall length when worn. It is 9 mm. wide.
The bracelet weighs 27.3 grams.
