Fabulous Italian 800 Silver Large Casserole Serving Scoop Spoon NO MONO 10 3/4"
Presented is a fabulous Italian 800 silver serving spoon. This is a relatively modern piece, made in the past 30 years or so. The server is done in a pattern that looks identical to the Imperial Crown pattern by Buccellati, with a classical egg and dart design around the handle. The server has deep, wide rounded bowl, suitable for serving casseroles, mashed potatoes, or anything else you like.
This piece is in great condition. The details of the pattern are nice and crisp. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no cracks, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
The server is stamped on the stem with 800 for the purity of the silver, as well as an Italian government registered maker's mark of 100 next to PD, the abbreviation for Padova (Padua). There is also a maker's mark of G inside a diamond, which we unfortunately do not recognize.
The server is about 10 3/4 inches long.
The server weighs 165 grams or 5.8 regular ounces.
