Presented is a stunning double strand pearl necklace, with a high karat gold and diamond clasp. The necklace is done in two strands, one of 50 pearls and one of 47 (97 total), about 7 millimeters each in diameter. The necklace has a beautiful clasp done in high karat gold set with a round cut amethyst and studded with dazzling diamonds. The diamonds are flush set, VS clarity stones with good white color, about 2 points each in size, for a total diamond weight of at least 20 points. The clasp is done in a simple but secure eye-and-hook design, with an exotic look. The pearls are individually knotted for additional security.

This necklace is in great condition. The pearls are in great shape, with clean, smooth nacre. The diamonds and the amethyst are securely set, with no chips. There are no breaks and no repairs.

This piece is not stamped or hallmarked, but we have tested the clasp with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 21-22 karat gold.

The necklace is about 16 1/2 inches long.
