Presented is a fine set of 11 Whiting sterling silver teaspoons. These spoons are made in the rare and desirable Heraldic pattern, which began production in 1880. This is a classical pattern with intricate scrolled foliate designs and a knight's helmet design, as you'd see on a traditional heraldic crest, on the handle, hence the name. Each spoon has a monogram of C on the handle in Gothic script.
Each spoon is stamped with the Whiting maker's mark as well as sterling.
This set is in great condition. The details of the pattern are nice and crisp. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
Each spoon is about 6 inches long.
