Presented is a fabulous pair of Tiffany & Co sterling silver oval soup, place, or dessert spoons. These spoons are made in the beautiful Olympian pattern, which began production in 1878. These particular spoons are old production, dating to within a decade or so of the production date. As the name suggests, this pattern features decoration in the form of detailed Greco-Roman scenes, god and goddess type figures engaged in various activities. These spoons would list at $280 apiece from Replacements.com, or $495 apiece from AntiqueCupboard.com, so our spoons are very competitively priced, particularly for being old production and excellent condition. Each spoon has a monogram of LA on the handle.

The spoons are in excellent condition. The details of the design are exceptionally crisp. There are no splits, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
Each spoon is stamped Tiffany & Co as well as sterling and the patent date of the pattern, 1878.
Each spoon is about 7 1/8 inches long.
The total weight for the pair is 136.7 grams.
