Presented is a exquisite .900 silver bracelet from South America.
This bracelet
is made of eight oval segments connected by little chain links. Each segment is
decorated with a Mayan or Aztec style figures. The clasp is a curious mechanism
with a small rid that slides into a tube.
The back is
stamped “0900” for .900 purity. This bracelet could be from any of several
countries, but the purity stamp looks Colombian. We would date this to the
1960s.
The silver is
in great shape. There is some slight surface wear, but no dents, no dings and no
other problems.
