Presented is a superb quality Buccellati sterling silver ice bucket, made after 1967. The ice bucket is made in a fabulous hand hammered design, with a band of contrasting textured finish around the upper portion of the body. The hand hammered finish is very striking and catches the light beautifully, and would be a very stylish addition to any bar set up or celebratory table setting. The interior of the bucket has a white insulated liner, as does the lid. The capacity is quite large.
The ice bucket is signed on the underside for Buccellati as well as sterling and Made in Italy.
This piece is in superb condition. There is only the most minor of shelf wear to the underside, which would not be visible without turning the piece upside down. There are no splits, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
The bucket measures about 9 3/4 inches tall at the tallest point and about 8 ¼ inches in diameter at the widest point.
The bucket weighs 57.7 regular ounces or 1636 grams. -jm
