Presented is a pair of elegant mabe pearl 14k gold clip back earrings. The gold setting is an attractive floral lobed design. The nacre of the mabe pearl is very smooth and lovely. These were made in the last 30 years. These earrings originally had post backs and new ones could easily be soldered on, though they are wearable with pierced or unpierced ears as they are.
The earrings are marked on the reverse with 14k. We have tested the earrings with nitric acid and guarantee them to be 14k gold purity.
The condition is excellent. The clip back mechanisms are in great shape, with a great deal of tension. There are no cracks, no chips, no breaks, and no repairs.
Each earring is 3/4 inches in diameter, including the setting.
The earrings weigh 8.1 grams as a pair.
