Elegant Graduated Pearl Strand Necklace w/14k Gold Filigree Clasp

Presented is an elegant graduated pearl strand necklace with a 14 karat yellow gold filigree clasp. This is an American piece, likely fairly modern although it has timeless class. The necklace consists of a single strand of graduated pearls, ranging from about 3.7 millimeters to 8 millimeters in diameter. The clasp is a plunge and hook style, with a finely textured filigree design.

The necklace is in great condition. The clasp functions well and closes securely. The nacre of the pearls is in good shape, very smooth and appealing. There are no breaks and no repairs.

The clasp is stamped 14k as well as a maker's mark we unfortunately do not recognize.

The necklace is about 17 inches long.
