Presented is an elegant sterling silver large soup or punch ladle from Gorham. This piece is in the Colonial pattern, which was patented in 1885. The pattern displays a threaded twist pattern most of the way up the handle.
The back of the bowl is marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Gorham.
This piece is in excellent overall condition. The pattern is in great shape. There are no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
