Presented is an elegant sterling silver bon bon or nut spoon from Dominick and Haff. This piece is in the Rococo pattern, which was patented in 1888 and displays fancy flowers and scrolls along the front of the handle. The bowl is decorated with a gold wash. The reverse of the handle is monogrammed “Ruth”.
The reverse is marked sterling along with the makers mark for Dominick and Haff and the patent date of 1888.
This piece is in excellent overall condition. The gold wash has faded on some of the high points. There are no breaks and no repairs.
