The diamonds are vibrant full-cut stones of about 3 points each in size, of VS clarity and H color. The sapphires are real, mined-from-the-ground stones, well matched in their rich blue color, about 3 points each in size as well. The setting is done in an intriguing spiral design with an eye-catching brushed finish that complements the diamonds and sapphires beautifully.
The ring is in great condition. The sapphires and diamonds are securely set. There are no breaks and no repairs.
The interior of the band is stamped 18k as well as Italy.
