The largest diamond is raised up in six prongs on the center, with 3 channel set diamonds on either side of it. The center diamond is about 15 points in size and the smaller diamonds are approximately 1 point each, for a total of about 21 points of diamond weight. The diamonds are SI-1 to VS-2 clarity.
