Presented is an elegant 14k white gold ring. The face of the ring is set with a
large opal cabochon in the center. The opal is securely set with 6 prongs and it
is high quality, really displaying its characteristic colors. Surrounding the
opal are 14 pieces of white gold made to look like flower petals. Each 'petal'
is set with 2 diamonds, for a total of 28 diamonds. The diamonds are single cut
and approximately 1 point each, for a total of one quarter to one third of a
carat in weight. This ring is probably from the 1970's.
The ring is marked 14k and 14KTJ14. We have tested it with nitric acid and
guarantee it to be 14K gold.
The ring is in excellent condition. There are no breaks, no splits, no chips,
and no repairs.
The ring is a size 6.
