Presented is a neat, two tone 14 karat solid gold pin. This piece is made in the United States in the 1940s to the mid-1950s, during the retro period. The open circle is yellow gold, and the petals on the realistically designed flower are rose gold. There is a small monogram on the back of the pin of the initials MDT.
The clasp is marked 14K. There is also a maker's mark in the form of an acorn for Eckfeldt & Ackley. We have tested the pin with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 14K gold.
This piece is in excellent condition. The clasp is secure and there are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals and no repairs.
The pin measures 1 1/4 inches across and weighs 3.2 grams.
