Offered in this sale is a pair of sterling forks in the Renaissance pattern by Dominick & Haff. This pattern was patented in 1894, and these pieces are old production. This is a wonderful Victorian pattern with a shell motif on the top of the handle and Northwind faces on the front of the handle and on the back at the top of the tines. These forks are in excellent condition, with nice crisp details and very little wear. Hand engraved script letter B in the reserve in the handle. Marks: Stamped Sterling and with the old style Dominick & Haff three part hallmark and the patent date 1894.
Condition: Excellent, with some light surface wear but no breaks or damage of any kind. There are no monogram removals.
