David Andersen Norwegian Sterling Plique a Jour Cloisonne Enamel Spoons

Presented is an antique pair of sterling silver and cloisonne enamel demitasse spoons made in Norway by David Andersen. This particular Andersen hallmark was used in the late 1800s to 1925. The spoons have a gold wash and are done in a matte finish. Each handle is done in a twist form and the tops are beautifully decorated with translucent, cloisonne style, plique a jour, enamel.
The backs bear the maker's mark and are marked for sterling silver purity.
This pair is in excellent overall condition for its age. Neither spoon has any losses or cracks to the enamel.Please see 2nd photo.
