Presented is a classy pair of 14 karat gold and pearl earrings. These earrings date to around the 1940s-1950s, and were likely made in America, though the pearls are probably Japanese. The earrings consist of a lovely pearl of 8 millimeters in diameter surrounded by a triple ropetwist design. The earrings have threaded screw backs, suitable for pierced or unpierced ears.
The earrings are in great condition. The pearls are securely set, and the nacre of the pearls is in good shape. There are no breaks and no repairs.
The earrings are stamped and guaranteed 14k, on the screwbacks.
Each earring is about half an inch in diameter.
The total weight for the pair is 5.8 grams.
