Presented is a charming little English pink lustreware creamer, dating to around the 1820s. The creamer is transferware with hand painted detailing, with a scene of a woman and baskets of flowers on either side, both different, one sowing crops and one in more elegant garb with a plumed hat.
This piece is in good overall condition. There is a crack to the rim to the righthand side of where the handle starts, which extends downward to the shoulder. The base of the handle has a line across which may be a crack or may be a firing line, it is hard to say. One tiny flake to the lefthand side of the spout. None of these are noticeable without fairly close, careful inspection.
The creamer stands about 4 1/2 inches tall at the tallest point and measures about 5 1/4 inches from handle to spout. -jm
