c1930s Vietnamese 900 Silver 10 Food Picks w/ Stand Dragons Design

Presented is an interesting set of 10 Vietnamese silver food picks from the mid-1900s. This set, likely produced in the 1930s, displays a fancy stand with dragons on either side and spear-shaped food picks with a dragon head decoration at the top of each pick. The stand holds 12 picks. We only have 10 of the 12.

The underside of the base is marked 900 purity silver, Vietnam, and “THANNHUA”. Each pick and the base are marked with Polish import hallmarks: the 2nd standard mark for at least .875 purity silver and owl Lombard mark. This set was made in Vietnam and exported to Poland.
This set is in excellent overall condition. The pattern details are crisp and well-defined. There are no breaks and no repairs.
Measurements: Base: 5 1/8 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide, 4 1/2 inches tall (with picks)
Length of Picks: 4 1/4 inches
Weight: 91 grams or 3.2 ounces -kc
