Presented is a lovely 14 karat gold, platinum and seed pearl bar pin. This is an American piece dating to circa 1910. The bar pin is 14 karat yellow gold with a platinum front. The pin is set with real, natural seed pearls, with delicate milgrain finish above and below. The pin has a latch style safety clasp.
This piece is in great condition. The pearls are all intact. The clasp functions well and closes securely. There are no breaks and no repairs.
The pin is stamped 14k on the clasp. We have tested the white metal of the front with nitric acid and guarantee it to be platinum.
