Presented is a great set of 12 sterling silver spoons. These spoons date to around 1890-1905 and are done in a pattern similar to Dominick & Haff's Trianon Pierced, but with a basket of flowers design at the end of the handle. The spoons have a rich gold wash, suitable for use with acidic or corrosive foods. These spoons are a good size, suitable for use as dessert spoons, oval soup spoons, place spoons or however else you like. These are heavy weight, well made spoons, and would make a fantastic addition to any table setting.
This set is in great condition. The details of the pattern are nice and crisp. The gilding is pristine. There are no bends, no breaks, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs.
Each spoon is stamped sterling and the retail mark for Brand-Chatillon Co on the stem.
Each spoon is about 6 1/2 inches long.
