Presented is a beautiful Chinese cloisonne box from the turn of the century. This piece displays an elegant blue base color with small flowers around the whole piece. The lid has a carved stone, likely soapstone, decoration on the top.
The underside is marked China.
This piece is in great overall condition. Since these photos were taken, the box has been corrected so that is closes better. We didn't find any breaks or losses in the enamel. There are no chips, no dents, no breaks, and no repairs.
