Beautiful Sterling Silver CZ Judith Ripka Heart Shaped Necklace Pendant

Presented is a gorgeous, sterling silver and cubic zirconia necklace pendant made by Judith Ripka. This large piece is done in an open heart shape and has a twisted rope texture on one side. The center has a yellow gold plated mounting that is set with 7 sparkling gemstones. There is another gold plated accent at the bottom. The synthetic diamonds are done in a modern brilliant cut style.

The back is marked sterling, CZ, Judith Ripka and Thailand.

This piece is in excellent condition.
