Beautiful Portuguese 833 Purity Silver Enamel Filigree Peacock Brooch Pin

It is stamped with a couple of hallmarks, one for the 833 purity, and the other likely a maker's mark.

It was made in Portugal, we believe.

This piece features an array of colored enamels and wonderful filigree detailing on the tail.  There are black, white, blue, yellow, red and green enamels on the bird.

The design is breathtaking!

The piece is in nice condition. There are a couple of tiny flakes to the 3 and 9 o'clock positions on the tail, but these blemishes are extremely minor overall!  The clasp is working well.
