Presented is a fabulous Japanese cloisonné lobed dish. This piece dates to around the first half of the 1900s. The majority of the dish is black background with lush colorful images of flowers and leaves. The border of the dish is done in a turquoise blue with silver wire spirals. The edge of the dish is silver plated. It's a beautiful piece with rich colors, very well made.
The underside of the dish has the maker's mark for the Inaba Cloisonne Company.
This piece is in great condition. The wire and enamel are all intact and in good shape. There are no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs.
The plate is approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter.
