Presented is a beautiful modern German porcelain vase, by Heinrich & Co, Selb, Bavaria. The vase is made in an elegant high shouldered bottle form, beautifully hand painted with long tailed songbirds in rich gold. The birds are hand painted and very lively, shown in flight and with nice detail work for the feathers.
The underside is signed H&Co, Selb, Bavaria, Heinrich, as well as “handgemalt” (hand painted), Chiemsee, and manufaktur.
This piece is in excellent condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs.
This vase stands about 13 1/2 inches tall and measures about 6 1/2 inches in diameter. -jm
