Beautiful 3.25ct Amethyst & Diamond 14k Yellow Gold Ring Size 11.5

Presented is a lovely amethyst and diamond ring in 14 karat yellow gold. This is a fairly modern ring, probably of American make. The ring is set with a round faceted amethyst of about 3.25 carats in size. This is a rich purple stone with gorgeous depth and clarity. On either side of the amethyst are set two modern brilliant cut diamonds (4 total) of about 3 points each in size. These are vibrant stones of SI clarity and I color. The amethyst complements the yellow gold beautifully, and the diamonds really make the ring 'pop.'

The ring is in great condition. The amethyst is well set, and the prongs are in great shape. The diamonds are securely channel set as well. There are no breaks and no repairs.

The ring is stamped 14kp for 14 karat plumb, where plumb means exact. The ring is also marked DA, probably a maker's mark.

The ring is a size 11 3/4.

The ring weighs 4.9 grams.
