Presented is a beautiful 18 karat gold, diamond and ruby pin or brooch. This
piece is done in yellow and white gold, in the form of an orchid or some other
type of flower. The 'stamens' of the flower are set with 5 old mine cut diamonds
of about 5 points each in size. Beneath these diamonds are two round rubies,
also about 5 points each in size. Each of the five leaves is set with 6
diamonds, totaling about 25 points in size all together. The total diamond
weight for the piece is at least half a carat. The pin has a clasp with a safety
mechanism.
This piece is in great overall condition. The clasp and safety function well
and close securely. There are no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
This piece is 18 karat gold, tested, stamped and guaranteed.
The brooch is about 2 inches long.
