Presented is a stunning Art Nouveau porcelain platter from Limoges Depose. This piece was likely produced in the 1890s. The pattern displays a flowing foliate hand-painted design. There is a nice scalloped edge that has beautiful gilded details.
The piece is marked on the underside with the maker's mark for Limoges Depose with AL for Albert Lanternier. MES is painted on the underside as well, representing the painter.
This platter is in great condition. The painted elements are clean and bright. There are no chips, breaks, cracks, repairs or problems of any kind.
