Antique Sterling Silver Tostrup Oslo Norwegian Enameled Grape Spoon 5 3/8”
Presented is an antique or vintage sterling silver serving or soup spoon made by J. Tostrup of Oslo, Norway during the early 1900s. The front of the handle has raised grape fruit bunch or bead decorations that are enameled blue. The spoon has a sort of matte finish and it has never been monogrammed.
The back is marked for J. Tostrup and bears Norwegian 925 sterling silver hallmarks.
This piece is in great overall condition for its age. There is minimal surface wear and some missing enamel to one of the decorative dots.
