Antique Sterling Silver Gorham Lancaster Rose 1897 Cheese Scoop Server NO MONO
Presented is an antique, sterling silver cheese scoop made by Gorham during the late 1800s or very early 1900s. This piece is in the Lancaster aka Lancaster Rose pattern, which was patented in 1897. The handle has a beaded edge with rose flowers at the tip. This piece has never been monogrammed.
The back is marked is marked for Gorham and sterling silver purity.
This piece is in great overall condition and the designs are crisp. There is minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, but no damages and no repairs.
