Presented is a nice old sterling silver salad serving spoon made by Frank M. Whiting. The serving spoon is done in the Cattails pattern. There is a large fish on either side of the handle at the top and cattails decorating both the front and the reverse. This large serving spoon has never been monogrammed or engraved.
The spoon is marked on the reverse with the maker’s mark for Frank Whiting and Sterling.
The condition is excellent. There are no dents, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
The serving spoon is 8 7/8 inches long.
