Antique Sterling Silver Durgin Wellington Asparagus Serving Fork 9 1/4" NO MONO
Presented is an antique, sterling silver asparagus fork made by Durgin during the early 20th century. This piece is in the Wellington pattern, which was patented in 1908 and it is old, original production. The handle has never been monogrammed. This is a large, sturdy fork that could be used to serve any food you want, not just asparagus!
The back is marked for Durgin, sterling silver purity and Hodgson, Kennard & Co for the retailer.
This piece is in great overall condition. There is minor surface wear commensurate with age and use. There are no damages, no monograms and no repairs.
