Presented is an antique, German silver and enamel souvenir or novelty spoon made during the late 1800s or early 1900s. The top features a profile portrait of Napoleon and the bowl is cast with a detailed depiction of the Arc De Triomphe.
The back bears the German crown and crescent moon mark, 800 for the silver purity and has a maker's mark for JL Pose.
This piece is in good overall condition for its age. There is a small loss of the white enamel on the handle, at 2 spots. Please see photos. The spoon has some tarnish which has since been polished off.
