Presented as a very pretty pair of old English serving bowls. There is a beautiful wide cobalt and gilded declaration along the edge. Both pieces are marked on the back for the English company Derby. This is one of their older marks and was used in the early 1800s, circa 1820s.
The overall condition is good, especially considering the bowls are over 200 years old. Both bowls have a good amount of crazing, but are Not discolored. Both pieces are usable. There are no cracks and no chips and no restorations.
The bowls measure 11 1/2 by 8 3/8 by 2 1/8 inches. -RS
