Presented is a fine quality Herman Ohme, Silesia porcelain round serving platter or plate, dating to around the first quarter of the 1900s. This piece is made in the Old Ivory line, and features lovely decoration of roses and leaves against a mellow ivory color background. This piece is in excellent overall condition. Very minor wear to the gilding, but nothing significant in our opinion. There are no chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs.
The underside is signed for Hermann Ohme, Silesia Poland, the pattern name, Old Ivory, and 84.
This piece measures about 10 1/8 inches in diameter including the handles, or about 9 1/2 inches without. -jm
