Antique Early 1900s Reed Barton Les Cinq Fleurs Fish/Pie/Pastry Server

Regular price $504.00 $0.00 Unit price per
Presented is a fine American sterling silver fish or pie server. This piece dates to the early 1900s. This server is done in Reed & Barton's beautiful Les Cinq Fleurs pattern. As the name would suggest this is a floral pattern, and the handle of this piece features raised designs of flowers and leaves, on the front and back. The blade of the server has an attractive gold wash, and has nice pierced Art Nouveau swirls. A well constructed and completely useable piece of American silver, all it needs is a home.

The reverse of the stem is stamped 'sterling' and with the hallmark for Reed & Barton of Taunton, Massachusetts. Further up the stem is a patent date of May 22 1900.

This piece is in great overall condition. There is some surface wear throughout, particularly to the blade, but nothing excessive. The details of the pattern as quite crisp. There are no splits, no bends, no dents, no monogram removals, and no repairs.

This piece is approximately 11 3/4 inches long.

This piece weighs 162 grams or 5.6 regular ounces.
