Presented is an antique, Chinese porcelain or glazed pottery tea set hog-nose creamer or small milk pitcher/jug made during the mid to late 19th century. This piece is done in the classic Famille Rose, Rose Mandarin or Bird and Butterfly pattern and was made between the 1860s and the 1890s. The whole piece is hand painted/enameled with exotic and colorful birds, butterflies and flowers. This is a wonderful quality and completely hand crafted piece.
This piece is in excellent condition, especially for its age. There is some minimal wear to the paint, but there are no damages and no repairs.
The creamer measures 6 1/2 inches from handle to spout and is 3 3/4 inches tall.
