Presented is a completely hand crafted, solid sterling silver serving platter or tray made by Arthur Hartwell of Stone Associates during the late 1930s. This piece is done in a classic style, with a raised rim and the center has an Art Deco style engraving of the letter L over the letters D and P, a classic marriage style monogram.
This antique piece was made by Harwell, who worked for both Arthur Stone and Stone Associates between the 1900s and the 1930s. The underside is marked for Stone Associates, sterling silver purity and Arthur Hartwell.
This piece is in great overall condition. There is only very minor surface wear with no dents and no repairs.
