Presented is a wonderful quality sterling silver serving tray made by Reed & Barton. This is an old high quality piece made during the first quarter of the 1900s. The tray has an elegant design with pierced scrolls and leaves on the sides and a thick applied rim adorned with flowers, scrolls and leaves. The center of the tray is monogrammed AEL.
The tray is marked on the underside with Reed & Barton’s old company hallmarks and Sterling.
The condition is excellent. There are no dents, no splits, no breaks, and no repairs.
The tray is 10 1/4 inches wide across the handles.
The weight is 439.8 grams or 15.4 ounces.
