Presented is a fine antique sterling silver server with a classic twist handle. This flat server is very versatile and could be used for serving a variety of foods such as flapjacks, buckwheat pancakes, waffles, tomatoes and pastries.
The server is marked Sterling on the reverse. Made in the United States circa 1880.
The condition is excellent. There are no dents, no splits, no monograms, no monogram removals, no breaks, and no repairs.
The server is 8 3/4 inches long.
The weight is 78.8 grams or 2.8 ounces.
