Presented is a great set of 5 Chinese export silver forks. These forks date to around 1880-1900 and were made by Wang Hing, one of the most if not THE most renowned names in Chinese export silver. The forks are done in a bamboo design, with a double shaft that terminates in a twist design with bamboo leaves in the center.
The forks are stamped with the maker's mark for Wang Hing as well as a Chinese character mark and 90 indicating a silver purity of 900.
Each fork is about 7 inches long.
The total weight for the set is 236.6 grams or 8.3 regular ounces.
