Antique c1870 Boston Sterling Silver Shell Pattern Soup/Punch Ladle 12"
Presented is an antique, sterling silver soup or punch ladle made by Charles W. Kennard of Boston, MA during the mid 19th century. The front of the handle has a raised shell decoration and the back has an old, Gothic style monogram of the initials HWS.
The back is marked for Charles W. Kennard and sterling silver purity.
This piece is in great overall condition for its age. There is surface wear commensurate with age and use but no damages and no repairs.
