Presented is an antique pair of coin silver serving or platter spoons made by John Proctor Trott of Connecticut during the late 1700s. Each handle is done in a classic form and has an old, original, script monogram of the initials SA
The back of each spoon is marked for John Proctor Trott. Tested and guaranteed to be 900 coin purity silver.
The pair is in great overall condition, with minor surface wear commensurate with age and use. There are a few tiny dings to the bowls, as you can see in the photographs.
