Presented is an antique, sterling silver fruit or centerpiece bowl made by the Kalo Shop of Chicago and New York during the first half of the 1900s. This Arts & Crafts piece is completely hand wrought. The lobed bowl has a great hammered finish and is good weight for its size. There is an applied, Arts and Crafts style monogram of the initials MSC. Although the monogram is had to notice, due to its' location on the interior lip.
The underside is marked Hand Wrought, Kalo Shops, Chicago, New York and sterling.
This piece is in great overall condition. There is some minor surface wear commensurate with age and use, but no damages and no repairs.
