Presented is an antique, sterling silver and cloisonné enamel novelty or souvenir spoon made in Oslo Norway during the late 1800s or early 1900s by J. Tostrop. This Art Nouveau piece is beautifully enameled with pretty bellflowers or Lily of the Valley flowers and their flowing leaves.
The back of the bowl is marked for J. Tostrop and 925 for sterling silver purity.
This piece is in great overall condition.
There is some very slight loss of enamel along the ribbon designs, as you can see in the photographs.
