Antique American Brilliant Mt Washington Crystal Cut Glass Fruit Dish

Presented is an antique, etched crystal glass fruit or centerpiece bowl, dish, platter or tray made by Mt. Washington during the late 1800s. Mt. Washington was absorbed into the Pairpoint Manufacturing Co in 1900. The bowl is hand etched with a fruit motif surrounded by classical American Brilliant Cut designs.
This bowl came from the estate of a very experienced and knowledgeable glass and antiques dealer. His tag identified this bowl as Mt. Washington. From my experience this attribution seems correct. I am not an expert in American Brilliant cut glass, although I have owned thousands of pieces over the last several decades. I cannot guarantee which company made this bowl.
This piece is in excellent overall condition. There are some minor surface scratches to the underside where it sits on the table but this is only noticeable when you are closely inspecting the piece. One tooth along the edge has been professionally sanded down.
