Antique 800 Purity Silver Italian Filigree Blue Stone Brooch Pin

Presented is a magnificent Italian pin featuring an oval cabochon of blue semiprecious gemstone, similar in look to lapis lazuli or sodalite, with filigree work around it. 

The stone is secure in its bezel setting, and the filigree work is gorgeous.  This piece dates to 1910-1920s.

The pin has a c-style clasp that is in good working order. 

It is marked "Italy" and "800" for 800 purity silver.
